Do you offer a warranty on your chew-proof products?
Yes, we offer a specialized Chew Proof Guarantee on select products. If your dog damages a ballistic item within the first 120 days, we provide a one-time store credit for a replacement.
How do I determine the correct size for my dog's harness or bed?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your dog's weight, length, and girth to ensure the most comfortable and secure fit.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items with excessive pet hair cannot be returned.
Are K9 Ballistics® materials safe and non-toxic?
Absolutely. All of our materials are engineered for durability and safety, using non-toxic fibers and coatings that are safe for both pets and humans.
Can I wash my K9 Ballistics® gear in a machine?
Most of our covers and accessories are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the structural integrity of the ballistic fibers.
